Rapport London

Preservers of Time

Client: Rapport London

Key Focus: Brand and E-commerce

Timespan: August - October '23

Rapport London has been at the forefront of horological excellence for over 125 years, providing high-quality watch winders, boxes and accessories. Though the British heritage brand had a spike in sales during COVID-19, their results began to stagnate after the pandemic, despite working with previous agencies. Although Rapport was investing in various marketing initiatives, they didn’t seem to resonate with the modern luxury watch buyers. It became our job to reestablish Rapport as a brand that referenced its established history whilst also catering to the contemporary and future consumer. The solution was a multi-stage strategy focused on timeless rebranding, revamping e-commerce interaction and developing numerous growth initiatives.

Today, Rapport’s branding and website reflect its quintessentially British and tonally elegant luxury identity, designed to stand the test of time. Its unique position as a longstanding heritage brand was reflected in its subtle and effortlessly stylish e-commerce transformation, redesigned with conversion-focused strategies in mind.

Through a full funnel comprehensive approach, tactics were developed to expand Rapport’s reach beyond the UK, to the US and UAE. Signifly were able to audit and provide streamlined solutions to Rapport’s previous marketing initiatives, serving as Rapport’s CMO and increasing website interaction exponentially.

Through ongoing collaboration, Signifly will continue to craft a legacy of horological excellence for Rapport London with long-term innovative solutions.

What if there was a one-stop shop for both buyers and sellers, that removed the need for practically all appointments and digitised the process from start to finish? Then enters OwnSpace. Wishing to create a platform that could disrupt a very traditional industry by offering customers a new fresh product offering, transparent features and ease concerns of first-time users. The result was a new website tailored to offer customers not only an effective product offering section but a clear overview of the many features that are available to both potential buyers and developers
