Already well established in Scandinavia, the property management AI tool, Findable, wanted to expand their reach globally. Findable takes all property-related documents and puts them in one place, sorting through them and using AI to analyse and structure your data. What was once an industry dominated by paperwork then became one that required manual IT input. Findable takes this one step further by introducing an intelligent AI platform that simplifies the process. The Norwegian company felt that their Visual ID needed a makeover to reflect this, with a particular focus on a modern, cool feel and connecting with a variety of property-owners. The result was an elevated brand identity that made documentation feel sexy again. (Sidenote: was documentation ever sexy? Regardless, even if it wasn’t, it certainly is now)...

What was once fax-driven is now AI-driven, and their unique and playful Visual ID reflects their modern approach. Findable’s very sophisticated technology required branding that reflected their cutting edge attitude to tech innovation.

A brand book was also created to reflect visual and rhetorical ID decisions, to ensure that specific guidance is easily accessible for future branding.

Findable also have a new pitch deck, PPT deck and data illustrations, alongside their revamped website, to reflect their new branding approach.

Northstake is a pioneering new crypto asset staking partner for institutional investors, creating secure crypto pathways for investors with high regulatory standards. With this new venture, they needed a whole new brand platform, visual identity, new website and staking platform - worthy of their unique place in the emerging market of digital economies. The approach was to build a brand with the flexibility to incorporate Northstake's different ambitions, harnessing the limitless feeling of Web3 - while referencing the familiar and trusted codes of established finance. The result is a brand that looks and sounds like nothing else in the industry.
