Site Assist
Built for high risk
Client: Site Assist
Key Focus: Branding and Website
Timespan: September 2025 -
SiteAssist is on a mission to drag safety-critical work out of the clipboard era and into the digital age. Their Control of Works platform helps high-risk industries - from construction and utilities to defence, nuclear, and airports - replace mountains of paperwork with a smarter, safer, and fully auditable digital system. The problem was that while their product was modernising entire industries, their brand and website were still stuck in the past. They needed a digital presence that looked as innovative as the technology they were building.
Together, we reimagined the SiteAssist brand from the ground up, creating a bold visual identity, a modern website, and a growth strategy designed to get the right people paying attention. The result is a brand that finally feels as forward-thinking as the platform itself - and the numbers back it up. Today, SiteAssist has a bigger share of voice than 98% of its competitors, consistently outperforming industry benchmarks and generating cost-effective leads. Not bad for a company taking on decades of paper forms, clipboards, and "the way we've always done it."

Site Assist Highlights
The best part of the project has been the partnership. SiteAssist isn't the kind of client that disappears after launch day. We've continued to work closely together on content, campaigns, analytics, and growth initiatives, helping them build momentum long after the new website went live. Great people, great collaboration, and a shared ambition to shake up an industry that's overdue for change - exactly the kind of relationship we love.
Site Assist's Stats
Site Assist's campaigns generated 315,848 impressions, achieving a share of voice greater than 98% of competitors and driving 5,497 website clicks. Performance was particularly strong, with an average CTR of 1.74%- more than double the industry benchmark - while delivering leads at a cost of just £79.26, significantly outperforming the industry average of £185.
