We worked with the Philocaly team to build a four-tier rewards system designed to turn one-time buyers into repeat customers and grow spend over time. Points on every purchase, bonuses for referrals, birthdays and social follows, plus education discounts, free shipping, early access to launches, and a dedicated account manager at the top tier. Points never expire. Perks activate automatically. No friction, just reasons to return. → 21.3% of total revenue since launch → 3.2x higher LTV than non-members → 10.6x more total revenue than non-members → 2.4x higher purchase frequency

Search is changing. People don't just Google anymore — they ask ChatGPT. So we made sure Philocaly shows up when they do. Three moves under the hood: a clean robots.txt, structured Schema.org data, and an llms.txt file so AI tools can read the store and its inventory clearly. Then we rewrote the content to match how people actually ask — natural, conversational copy across FAQs, product pages and blogs, answering real questions about benefits, care and installation instead of stacking promotional labels. Early signal: ChatGPT referrals up 263%, purchases +305% and conversion rate +12% sitting steady at 7%.
